Data-sensitive equipment and documentation questions
Old business electronics can contain customer, employee, financial, medical, or operational data. Flag data-sensitive equipment in the request so the recycler can discuss any available handling options if accepted.
Retired IT Equipment
Submit retired computers and IT assets for pickup review instead of starting with a drop-off search.
Data-sensitive equipment
Identify drives, computers, servers, phones, and tablets that may require special handling or documentation, then ask the recycler what is available.
Electronics Request Review
Submit mixed business electronics and ask the recycler whether documentation is available if accepted.

How the pickup process works
- Send your inventory. Include item types, approximate quantities, ZIP code, and access notes.
- Confirm qualification. We review the load and confirm whether free pickup applies.
- Schedule pickup. If accepted, the recycler coordinates timing directly and access details.
- Receive records. Ask the recycler whether documentation is available for an accepted request when applicable.
