E-Waste Free Pickup is operated by Nezumi Tora LLC. These Terms govern use of the E-Waste Free Pickup website and request-review/referral service. E-Waste Free Pickup reviews requests and may refer suitable requests to our independent electronics recycling partner. E-Waste Free Pickup does not itself perform electronics pickup or recycling services. Our recycling partner decides whether to accept a request and performs any accepted service.

By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information through the website.

Request Review and Partner Sharing

By submitting a request, you authorize E-Waste Free Pickup to review and prequalify it and, if it may be suitable, to share the information you submit with our independent electronics recycling partner so our partner can evaluate and respond. Submission does not mean that our recycling partner accepted the request or agreed to provide service. Our recycling partner separately decides whether to accept, quote, schedule, contract for, invoice, or perform any service.

Website and Referral Service

The website provides general information and a way to submit business electronics requests for review. A submission does not create a pickup, recycling, transport, data-destruction, or other service contract with E-Waste Free Pickup.

Recycling Partner Terms

Our independent recycling partner controls its own coverage, acceptance criteria, pricing, schedule, service scope, equipment handling, documentation, and contract terms. Any accepted service arrangement is directly between you and our recycling partner. Review that company’s identity and terms before accepting service.

No Guaranteed Acceptance or Free Service

E-Waste Free Pickup does not guarantee that a request will be referred or accepted, that service will be available in a particular location, or that an accepted service will be free. Our recycling partner makes those decisions after evaluating the request.

Your Request and Authority

Provide accurate contact, location, equipment, quantity, timing, and access information. By submitting a request, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and to discuss possible service for the equipment described. Do not include passwords, private files, customer records, access codes, or other sensitive information.

Data-Sensitive Equipment

E-Waste Free Pickup does not take custody of equipment and does not provide data wiping, physical destruction, chain-of-custody records, recycling certificates, or destruction certificates. Back up or remove data as appropriate, and ask our recycling partner to confirm in writing any data-handling, destruction, documentation, certification, permit, or insurance requirement before accepting its terms.

Restricted or Special-Handling Items

Do not assume that our recycling partner will accept batteries, damaged or leaking equipment, contaminated items, oversized equipment, non-electronic waste, or other special-handling materials. Describe the equipment accurately and wait for our recycling partner’s decision and instructions.

Communications

We may respond by the contact method you provide. If you select text messaging and provide the separate required consent, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Text-message consent is not required to submit a request or have it reviewed.

Website Use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, or attempt unauthorized access. Website content is general information and is not legal, environmental, tax, data-security, or compliance advice.

Request Areas

The website currently reviews requests from Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. Listing an area does not promise coverage or acceptance by our recycling partner.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the website or request-review process changes. Continued website use after an effective update means that the updated Terms apply to later use.
